Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically detect such problems. Therefore, the only reliable way to know in advance is by directly contacting the motherboard or cooler manufacturer.
Not enough USB headers are available on the motherboard for the Fractal Design Meshify 2 Nano Black case front I/O panel, this port won't be usable: (USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C)
