Project OREO - Quality Budget AMD Build by Oneiric

This is a working draft of an AMD build for gaming and media purposes and a project for 2025. Calling this Project Oreo since the chosen hardware aesthetics are self-descriptive; a large black case for cooling quality with a white interior, hence Project Oreo.

The build is currently incomplete. Case fans are undecided. I never used an AMD build, but I am a fan of the company. The main components I favor are the CPU, the CPU Cooler, and I truly want to give this new generation GPU a go over Nvidia's overpriced brand. Choose the 1000w Power supply for future hardware upgrades and tasks. 32GB RAM is a minimal standard, along with the 2TB SSD. Currently reviewing the features of the hardware, as this will be my first build and reading into any bottlenecks in the hardware that could drag down the performance and cohesion. The price range is respectable in my opinion.
