Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically detect such problems. Therefore, the only reliable way to know in advance is by directly contacting the motherboard or cooler manufacturer.
Not enough USB headers are available on the motherboard for the Fractal Design Torrent Nano RGB White case front I/O panel, this port won't be usable: (USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C)
