make sure to get a good psu thats A tier on the psu tier list (google "psu tier list" should be first link you see). me personally i look for something thats atx 3.0 pcie 5.0 and has japanese capacitors, and then see the review on the tier list whether its a tier or not. get 6000mhz cl30 RAM instead, as i think the AMD 7th gen cant handle faster 6400mhz ram as well, so just go for teamgroup tforce rgb 32gb 6000mhz cl30, cheap, nice rgb, works quite well. idk if temps in mini itx cases are worse than in regular atx ones, but if they arent, then no need to get the aio and thermal paste and extra fan, the stock ones and a phantom spirit should do just fine for cooling (this is what i WOULD say for an ATX case, but idk abt ITX)

and get a b650 motherboard and if you can try to squeeze in a 7800x3d instead of the 7700x. also, i think a 990 pro 2tb is kinda overkill for a pc build, i heard cheaper ones can do just fine
