You don't really need a CPU with radeon integrated graphics as you already have a dedicated VGA. There're are better performing processors compatible with your build: the 5800X3D is the top one for gaming due to 3D V-Cache, otherwise if you care more about multithread workloads you can go with a 5900X or 5950X
